International affiliate network Webgains has moved to solidify its UK market position by appointing Charlie Lynn as permanent Head of Client Services, following a successful interim period that began in Autumn 2024. The strategic hire signals the network’s commitment to enhanced client service delivery.

Charlie brings 15 years of affiliate marketing expertise to the permanent position, having demonstrated measurable impact during her interim tenure. Her appointment coincides with Webgains UK’s client services team earning finalist recognition in the Best Performance Marketing Team category at the 2025 Performance Marketing Awards—a testament to the operational improvements implemented under her leadership.
